LONDON – Zimbabwe national netball team captain Felistus Kwangwa is back at the English Netball Superleague side Surrey Storm for another season.
Kwangwa immediately declared that she is gunning for the league title.
“This season I want to be a Superleague Champion,” said Kwangwa.
“I am so excited to be back with Storm which is an opportunity that I always appreciate.”
Kwangwa first caught the eye of Surrey Storm coach Mikki Austin during the 2019 Netball World Cup where she walked away with three Player of the Match performances for Zimbabwe.
Last season the 26 year old Kwangwa showed her international experience as she filled the stats sheet with deflections and interceptions picking up a Player Of the Match against Wasps in the final game of the season.
