General Sibanda term extended beyond retirement amid crisis
President Emmerson Mnangagwa, currently on leave, has extended the tenure of General Philip Valerio Sibanda, 70, as Commander of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces (ZDF) by a year after he reached retirement age.
