Minister Nzimande In Hot Soup Over Afrikaans Remarks
PRETORIA - The opposition, Democratic Alliance party on Monday filed a complaint with the Human Rights Commission (HRC) against Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande over his defining of Afrikaans as a “foreign” language in South Africa.
