Chivayo takes State to court over trial
Intratek Zimbabwe director Wicknell Chivayo, accused of paying a US$10,000 bribe to former ZPC board chairperson Stanley Kazhanje in a Gwanda solar project deal, has petitioned the High Court seeking an order to stay his criminal trial set for October 28, 2019.
Former ZPC boss Stanley Kazhanje freed on bail pending appeal
Kazhanje was jailed for three years by a Harare judge last month who found him guilty of concealing a $10,000 transaction involving controversial businessman Wicknell Chivayo's Intratreck Zimbabwe company.
