HARARE – ZIFA president Felton Kamambo and other three board members were on Tuesday found not guilty of transferring judicial funds from the association’s account into a private account to save the US$740 000 from being garnished by creditors.
Harare magistrate Stanford Mambanje cleared Kamambo, Philemon Machana, Farai Jere and Brighton Malandule of any wrongdoing.
The ZIFA board members transferred the funds from a ZIFA account to a private account to save the money from being garnished by creditors who were owed money from the previous executives.
