Zambia national team Chipolopolo will begin their bid for a place at the TotalEnergies African Nations Championship (CHAN) Algeria 2022 against Mozambique in the first round in July.
This follows the CHAN draws that were made in Cairo Thursday afternoon. The CHAN qualifiers are played in continental zones and 12 teams in the Southern zone will fight for the three available slots.
Chipolopolo will be away to Mozambique in the first leg on the weekend of 22,23 and 24 July before hosting the Mambas a week later.
Winner over two legs will face the winners of the match between Malawi and Zimbabwe in August for a place at the 18-team Tournament.
