LUSAKA – Botswana former President Ian Seretse Khama paid tribute to the late former President of Zambia, Rupiah Banda at a state funeral held in his honour.
Banda, who was the fourth President of Zambia from 2008 to 2011 died after a long battle with colon cancer.
Speaking at the state funeral, Ian Khama said the late Banda was a nice politician unlike other African statesmen around.
