BULAWAYO – SuperSport United suspended player Kuda Mahachi accompanied by his wife and lawyer carrying a court order dated 24th of May 2022 visited his sick son Diego at Mpilo hospital on Sunday evening.
Mpilo Hospital staff and matron who brought them to the ward doesn’t know why they sought a court order because no one has ever denied Mahachi permission to see his son.
The mother of Diego was equally surprised to hear of the court order.
Meanwhile police in Cowadray Park have confirmed they interviewed all parties concerned including witnesses, Mahachi’s sisters, the care taker of Mahachi’s House in Cowadray Park and Mahachi’s grandmother who forced the child to be taken to hospital.
They confirmed they are still waiting to interview Mahachi and Malayitsha who they are still trying to track.
The police investigations are continuing and the hope is that this case will be finalised soon and the little boy Diego gets justice.
