GLASGOW – Tawanda Maswanhise was the star of the show on Sunday as Motherwell FC led Rangers FC 2-0 at half time in their dramatic Scottish league encounter marred by controversial calls in the second half.
JT assisted Apostolos Stamatelopoulos for the first goal before scoring a typical Thiery Henry goal to make it 2 up.
Rangers pulled one back from Hamza Igamane soon after the break to make it 2-1.
Five minutes later, Motherwell seemed to have restored their two goal lead as goalkeeper Jack Butland scored an own goal before the VAR overturned the goal.
The home side kept attacking and again restored their two goal lead courtesy of Tony Watt with 63 minutes gone but VAR ruled out the goal again to keep the scoreline 2-1.

Hamza Igamane then scored his second goal of the match in the 68th minute to level the game for Rangers.
Motherwell 2-2 Rangers!
The match then progressed from one end to the other as both teams searched for a winner to no avail.
The match between Motherwell and Rangers ended 2-2 after 12 minutes of added time.
