BLANTYRE – Former Warriors coach Kalisto Pasuwa has been appointed Malawi national team consultant ahead of the start of the Africa Cup of Nations finals in Cameroon.
Pasuwa who took the Warriors to the Africa Cup of Nations 2017 edition in Gabon, is on his way to Bafoussam to join the Flames camp.
The former Dynamos coach has been the standout coach in Malawi where he won the league title for the past three seasons and his indepth knowledge of the Warriors might have enticed the Malawi Football Association to appoint him the Flames consultant.
Zimbabwe will play against Malawi on 14 January.
