KIGALI – President Paul Kagame has told Europeans that Africa will not accept adult supervision anymore and there is need for both parties to develop a mutual respect for each other.
President Kagame to Europe to stop viewing Africa as a backward and dark continent of the past centuries as many things have changed in the present day to shun the ugly past.
The Rwanda supremo said that the much anticipated Africa Free Trade Continental Agreement will set the tone and a better platform for Africa to wake up from its deep slumber and occupy its proper place in global trade.
