Turkey-Syria earthquake death toll tops 6,200 as rescuers brave icy weather

In a race against time on Tuesday, rescuers in Turkey and Syria braved bitter cold in an effort to uncover survivors under buildings devastated by an earthquake that claimed the lives of more than 6,200 people.
