All ready for Alick Macheso’s latest album Tinosvitswa Nashe

The countdown to the launch of sungura king Alick Macheso's 12th album titled Tinosvitswa Nashe is almost over with all systems already in place.

HARARE – The countdown to the launch of sungura king Alick Macheso‘s 12th album titled Tinosvitswa Nashe is almost over with all systems already in place.

The album whose euphoria has already hit the town, growth points and spilled to diaspora will be launched at Chitungwiza Aquatic Complex on Friday 10th June 2022.

Alick Macheso’s Tinosvitswa Nashe latest album carries six songs namely “Makazvinzwepi” , “Kutadzirana” , “Nzendo Dzirefu” , “Impfa Nimulandi” , “Munhu Mumwe” and “Ndimi Vanhu Vacho”.

Macheso said his music always speaks about issues facing different people in society and he is only a vessel used to communicate these messages.

“We have left everything to God, he is the one who leads us every time and on Friday we will launch the album and we hope to see our fans in Chitungwiza.

“As an artist you are the eye and ear of other people. Most of those stories may not talk about me but it may the story of someone next to me,” he said.

The launch will be graced by Nicholas Zakaria, Leonard Zhakata, Baba Harare, Sulumani Chimbetu, Selmor Mtukudzi, Freeman and Andy Muridzo.

Baba Shero as he is affectionately called has been known as a social commentator as well as creative entertainer in all his projects to date, something he has promised for Tinosvitswa Nashe album.

Macheso is hosting a dinner dubbed Executives Night Out at Rainbow Towers this evening ahead of his album launch and birthday celebration set for Chitungwiza Aquatic Complex this Friday.

Attendance for the Executives Night Out dinner meant to cater for business people who will not make it to Chitungwiza for the launch is strictly by invitation.

Macheso who was born in Shamva on 10th June in 1968 will turn 54 years this Friday. The album will be available on YouTube and other digital music streaming platforms.
