Botswana on Tuesday raised a red flag to Zimbabwean leader Emmerson Mnangagwa over his brutality on citizens raising genuine concern about their sad plight caused by the length Zanu PF rule.
Speaking in parliament, a Botswana opposition leader Dumelang Saleshando said the abuse of citizens in Zimbabwe had become a security issue to the Gaborone government.
