Bournemouth earned automatic promotion to the English Premier League for the 2022/23 season following their 1-0 victory over Nottingham Forest on Tuesday.
The result means Zimbabwe international Jordan Zemura will be playing top-flight football next season following a stellar outing with the Cherries.
Bournemouth got the precious goal from Kieffer Moore in the 83rd minute as the match looked to be heading for a stalemate.
Zemura who returned from an injury lay-off recently will join countryman Marvelous Nakamba who plays for Aston Villa in the EPL.
Bournemouth make a triumphant return to the Premier League after they were relegated in 2020.
The other team to secure automatic promotion is Fulham who were crowned champions of the English Football League Championship.
Nottingham will have to negotiate their way to the top league through a play-off system.
