HARARE – Respected legendary musician Zex Manatsa has died.
Manatsa was 78 years old.
According to the information released by the family, the legendary Zex Manatsa succumbed to cancer.
Manatsa’s son Tendai confirmed the death through his social media platforms.
”With great sadness, we would like to let everyone know that our father, our legend, pastor and Sekuru Zex Manatsa, has succumbed to cancer.
“May his dear soul rest in peace,” read a post on Zex Manatsa social media handles.
Zex Manatsa is known for composing football jingles or anthems for Zimbabwe football traditional giants namely Dynamos, Highlanders and CAPS United.
