HARARE – DNA results have confirmed that the remains found in a bush in Mutasa district are of St Mathias Tsonzo’s Livingstone Sunhwa (19).
The mother of Livingstone confirmed the heartbreaking news Thursday.
Livingstone reportedly went missing, a day after being arrested and allegedly tortured by the police following a break-in at the school tuckshop.
Body parts allegedly belonging to the St Mathias Tsonzo High School student who had not been seen or heard from since he vanished on December 6 last year were discovered by the police in June this year.
According to information provided then, police discovered a human head and ribs buried in the area.
It was now upon the DNA results to confirm whether the remains belonged to the 19-year-old student something that has now been done.
