
Former Zimbabwe international Shingi Kaondera has visited ex-wife Marry Mubaiwa who is admitted at a local hospital.
Writing online, Kaondera expressed sympathy for Marry whom he had not met in almost a decade.
“After 10 years, l finally met Mai Dee, yesterday at the hospital, thank you Jesus.
“We spent 2 glorious hours together, she is still wonderful, some souls cant be tempered with.
“Trust me, l left her in very high spirits and very jovial mood, and determined as ever to beat her discomforting disease.
“She said l know Shingi Ras Kaondera you are a prayerful warrior, you will pray for me, and l was like you know l always do.
“I thanked her for taking very good care of our daughter together Destiny who has grown up to be just like my mom.
“Friends of mine keep on praying for her and thank you for your support physically morally and spiritually.
“May Jah, God, Allah, Mwari bless you all.
“If l didn’t have a running with the media, l was gonna show you the pics,” wrote Shingi Kaondera.
Marry Mubaiwa who is also the ex-wife of Zimbabwean Vice-President Constantino Chiwenga, is currently hospitalized in a life-threatening condition, will have her right arm amputated due to a severe septic syndrome, characterized by a deep infection following a surgical procedure.
It comes after revision surgical process to deal with a re-break.
Marry’s lawyer, Beatrice Mtetwa, told the court this week that she is in serious condition and her right arm will have to be amputated.
