LONDON – Raheem Sterling scored his first goals for Chelsea in a dramatic 2-1 win over struggling Leicester City at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.
Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher was sent off in the 28th minute for an unnecessary foul on Harvey Barnes moments after his caution.
Sterling struck in the 47th minute, the former Manchester City striker’s shot being deflected into the net by Daniel Amartey.
Sterling doubled his tally in the 63rd minute when he tapped in a Reece James cross before Barnes leveled a low shot three minutes later for Foxes’ consolation.
