KYIV – Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has asked European countries to fight back on Russia by strengthening sanctions after Kremlin failed to restore its gas supply to European countries as it is contractualized.
According to Zelensky, this is an outright gas war that Russia is waging against a United Europe.
“They don’t care what will happen to people, how they will suffer -from hunger through port blocks or from winter cold and poverty.. or from the occupation,” Zelensky said.
He added that these are just different forms of terror that’s why European countries need to fight back by doing everything to restrict Russian revenues not only from gas and oil, but in general from any export that still remains.
“Break trade ties with Russia as much as possible, because every such relationship is a potential means of pressure for Russia,” he advised.
