Zimbabwe Amalgamated Diaspora Association loses an enthusiastic investor (ZADA): Rest in power Rita Gondokondo.
18 January 2022
Zimbabwe Amalgamated Diaspora Association (ZADA) mourns the untimely death of its member and investor leader Rita Gondokondo.
It is with extreme grief that I announce the painful death of a dedicated and committed member of our newly born investment consortium.
Our leader who passed on in her sleep on the 17th of January 2022 in Zimbabwe where she had gone for the festive season abandoned us when we needed her most.
The deceased investor resided in Ireland and her wish was to see social and economic mobility within Zimbabweans in the diaspora, may her dear soul rest in power.
The late comrade and investor was not only a member of ZADA but has invested in Sham Hills Boarding School (Bindura), the first project to be undertaken by the association soon after its official launch on 11 September 2021 and she recently bought shares worth thousands of Zambian Kwachas for the Chirundu Lodge Project.
The loss just took us by surprise!
I would like to urge all investors who subscribe to ZADA to offer solidarity to our late compatriot.
We were very shocked and transfixed when the gruesome announcement was made by her brother David Gondokondo (ZADA UK & Ireland) member.
The brother is also an investor in the two colourful above mentioned projects. Burial arrangements shall be given as time goes on.
ZADA has lost an enthusiastic investor in the name of the late Rita Gondokondo. May your soul continue to rest in power.
The late investor had the quest to fight polarisation as a sure way of fighting poverty.
She had a great vision since she had some businesses in Zimbabwe.
ZADA shall forever salute you for your commitment to bring socioeconomic liberation to the poor educated Zimbabwe who are selling cockroach poison around the globe to earn a living.
May the almighty God comfort the bereaved Gondokondo family as well as ZADA.
Thank you Rita Gondokondo for paying heed to our call to fix the broken Zimbabwean Society.
Inserted by ZADA Secretary General:
Robson Ruhanya.
