The Constitutional Court led by Chief Justice Luke Malaba handed down the abridged version of the judgment in the case in which the applicant (Nelson Chamisa) challenged the validity of the Presidential election held on 30 July 2018.
The disputed election saw incumbent Emmerson Mnangagwa duly declared winner by the Zimbabwe Electoral Commission led by chairperson Priscilla Chigumba.
