HARARE – Charlotte Muziri, the 25-year-old from Masvingo was crowned Miss Zimbabwe Queen 2022 on Saturday night at a pageant finale held at the Harare International Conference Centre (HICC).
The Masvingo beauty scooped the coveted Miss Zimbabwe Queen crown at the glamorous event after an impressing the adjudicators during the overall assessment.
Muziri believes her hard work and dedication paid off and promised to execute her role as the Zimbabwean queen.
“I am so excited. The journey was long and tiring but I thank God. I did not expect this. I pray that God gives me strength and courage to wear this crown with dignity and humility,” she said.
Gina Mutemeri (Harare) was the first runner-up, Stacy Hassam (Bulawayo) was second runner up, Tamia Chawaguta (Masvingo) third runner up and Annalisiwe Ndebele emerged as the fourth runner-up.
Charlotte Muziri was awarded a VW polo vehicle among other prizes.
