Chicken Inn goalkeeper Donovan Bernard is set to join South African club Tshakuma Tsha Madzivandila on a two year deal.

Chicken Inn and TTM last week agreed on a two deal for the transfer of Bernard to the Limpopo based club.

TTM plies its trade in the South African second tier league which recently unveiled a lucrative sponsorship from business mogul Patrice Motsepe’s foundation.

Chicken Inn secretary general Tavengwa Hara said Bernard will soon be leaving to join his teammates for the pre-season ahead of the start of the Motsepe Foundation League next month.

“We are still process of negotiating and he will go before their season starts,” Hara said.

Tshakuma Tsha Madzivandila was home to former Warriors goalkeeper Edmore ‘ZiKeeper’ Sibanda last season.

Bernard will join compatriots Talbert Shumba of Free State Stats, Gerald Takwara of Venda Football Academy, JDR Stars trio of Ishmael Wadi, Temptation Chiwunga and Tapiwa Mandinyenya in South Africa’s second tier league.
