Christopher Martin arrives in Zimbabwe for Freeman HKD album launch

Jamaican artist Christopher Martin arrived in Zimbabwe on Thursday afternoon ahead of the David and Goliath album launch by Freeman HKD this Saturday at Alex Sports Club.

HARARE – Jamaican artist Christopher Martin arrived in Zimbabwe on Thursday afternoon ahead of the David and Goliath album launch by Freeman HKD this Saturday at Alex Sports Club.

The Conception singer makes a return to the country four years after his maiden performance in Zimbabwe.

Chris Martin last visited Zimbabwe in April 2018 for his performance at the Together-As-One Live Concert at the Glamis Arena, Harare, courtesy of Red Rose Entertainment.

He will be a guest artist on dancehall singer Freeman’s 13-track album release, which is due out Saturday at the Alex Sports Club in Harare.

On the David and Goliath album, Chris Martin features Freeman HKD on the track “Zimbabwean Queen”.

Other songs on the album are “Vakomana VeDrip” which seems to be already popular after the chanter released a teaser of the song, title track “David & Goliath” , “Komborera” , “Ndibvunzewo” and “Mukuru”.

The discography is completed by “Mjolo” , “Distance” featuring dancehall star Poptain, “Chitsike” , “Maruva” , “Nizabwela” featuring Towela, “Yeah Yeah” and “Wakadyiswa” featuring Nyasha David.
