Dynamos axe corrupt executive members

Dynamos board has made some changes to the club's executive with three members being booted out on allegations of misappropriation of signing-on fees for players.

HARARE – Dynamos board has made some changes to the club’s executive with three members being booted out on allegations of misappropriation of signing-on fees for players.

The club did not provide an explanation for the changes, but reports claim that Moses Chikwariro, the treasurer, Francis Madzinga, the committee member for development, and Tinashe Farawo, the committee member for communication and marketing, were fired due to allegations of misappropriation of signing-on fees for players during the previous season.

In a statement, the Dynamos board announced that Beadle Musa Gwasira who was the vice chairman is now the treasurer replacing Chikwariro.

Clemence Chimbare comes in as the committee member responsible for development taking over from Madzinga.

The board said the communication and marketing portfolio remains vacant for now with the secretariat being responsible for the duties until a new appointment is confirmed.

The Dynamos board said the changes are part of their strategic plan for the next two years.
