HARARE — Former Warriors coach Kalisto Pasuwa has been appointed the Malawi national team coach following a recommendation by the Football Association of Malawi Technical Sub-Committee.
According to sources, Pasuwa will be given the freedom to select his backroom staff, and he is likely to bring on board his compatriot Michael Ngore whom he worked with at FCB Nyasa Big Bullets.

Pasuwa took charge of Malawi national team in the last two matches in the 2025 AFCON qualifiers drawing against Burundi away before beating Burkina Faso at home in the final match of the campaign.
