Zimbabwe international Khama Billiat has equalled Wilfred Mugeyi’s record of the highest number of goals scored by a Zimbabwean in the South African Premier League.
The diminutive Kaizer Chiefs winger reached 91 league goals on Wednesday, scoring the opener in the 2-1 win over Baroka.
Billiat who has a two year contract at Kaizer Chiefs is now 32 goals behind the all time leading scorer in the South African league Siyabonga Nomvete who is on 123 goals.
The Zimbabwean can surpass the record if he scores 33 goals in two seasons.
