Mhango set to leave Orlando Pirates

Malawi international Gabadinho Mhango has reportedly agreed to part ways with DStv Premiership club Orlando Pirates.

Malawi international Gabadinho Mhango has reportedly agreed to part ways with DStv Premiership club Orlando Pirates after their relationship turned nasty over unknown issues.

Mhango who was a toast for the Flames at the Africa Cup of Nations tournament in Cameroon this January has been sidelined by coach Mandla Ncikazi.

Ncikazi even insisted that the Afcon tournament was a little and insignificant competition compared to the South African league.

All this drama is set to be over at the end of the season after both parties reached common ground according to Mhango.

“We had a meeting recently and both parties agreed by mutual consent to part ways.”

“It is a huge relief to me because I was hardly enjoying game time.

“It has been a stressful season for me and I can’t wait to move on and, hopefully, this will be a new dawn for my career,” Mhango was quoted by Malawian newspaper The Nation.

He has been linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs and an unnamed Swedish top-flight side.
