The winners of this year’s Roil Bulawayo Arts Awards have been announced with Msizkay, Vuyo Brown, Vusa Mkhaya and Lee Mchoney being honoured.
Msizkay was awarded the ‘Outstanding Male Artist of the Year’ while Vuyo Brown scooped the ‘Outstanding Female Artist of the Year’ gong to cap a good year.
Austria-based artist Vusa Mkhaya was honoured with the Outstanding Ambassador gong for his stellar efforts in promoting arts abroad.
Songbird-cum-actress Lee Mchoney won the Outstanding Film/TV Actress as her contributions in the local series Wadiwa Wepamoyo were rewarded.
