Rwandan President Paul Kagame told a delegation from Zimbabwe led by the Foreign Affairs minister Frederick Shava, on Wednesday that Rwanda urgently needs good teachers from his country.

President Paul Kagame has told Europeans that Africa will not accept adult supervision anymore and there is need for both parties to develop a mutual respect for each other.
