Shahbaz Sharif elected as new Pakistan’s Prime Minister
Shahbaz Sharif, the candidate of an alliance led by the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), has been elected as the 24th prime minister of Pakistan following polling held by the National Assembly.
