HARARE – A young tennis player from Zimbabwe named Sasha Chimedza has been selected for the 2022 Grand Slam Player Development programme.
The programme helps youngsters get competitive experience at the international level, including the coveted Grand Slams, and the 44 junior and professional players, including the 14-year-old Chimedza, have been identified globally.
Biggie Magarira, the president of Tennis Zimbabwe, was happy with the honour accorded to the young Sasha Natalie Chimedza.
