HARARE – Veteran striker Obadiah Tarumbwa has been training with Castle Lager Premier Soccer League side CAPS United and looks set to be offered a contract.
Tarumbwa joined Bulawayo Chiefs from Southern Region Soccer League side Talen Vision in December last year but has only made cameo appearances leaving to look elsewhere for game time.
The former Highlanders and Chicken Inn striker trained with CAPS United last week along with Ali Sadiki who returns to the local league after leaving Zambian side Kabwe Warriors.
Highlanders midfielder Joel ‘Josta’ Ngodzo who is out of favour at the club is also rumoured to be on his way to CAPS United where he won the Soccer Star of the Year award in 2019.
