Zimbabwe football super fan Alvin Zhakata stranded in Cameroon

Zimbabwe football cheerleader Alvin Zhakata is reported to be now a destitute in Cameroon, living on the streets of Yaounde since the end of the Africa Cup of Nations in February.

Warriors cheerleader Alvin Zhakata better known as “Aluvah” is reported to be now a destitute in Cameroon, living on the streets of Yaounde since the end of the Africa Cup of Nations in February.

According to Sports News Africa, Aluvah was denied exit from Cameroon at the airport in Yaounde after failing to pay a penalty of 387 Euros.

Zhakata owes the Arenah Hotel 1500 euros and he must also pay new penalties for his plane ticket of around 472 euros.

According to Cameroonian journalist Kigoum Wandji, who interviewed him this week, Aluvah is living on the streets of Yaounde with mosquitoes being his companions.
