RosGwen Group unveils epic Season 11 strategic plan

RosGwen Group (RGG) has announced a new theme for 2024 dubbed “Season 11: without him was not any thing made that was made” which is anchored on a bible verse from John 1:3.

PRETORIA – RosGwen Group (RGG), the multi-interest global business entity, has set the tone for the upcoming year with its newly announced theme for 2024, “Season 11: Without Him Was Not Anything Made,” derived from the biblical verse John 1:3.

The announcement comes as the conglomerate celebrates its 11th anniversary, having marked a decade on December 10, 2023.

RosGwen Group (Pty) Ltd interim CEO Wilson Chipangura introduced the new theme and outlined the company’s strategic vision for the coming year.

“As Chapter 10 comes to an end, a new season begins in black-and-white which entails clarity,” he said.

The theme marks a shift from the 2023 theme, “A Decade of Resilience: Building by Faith,” inspired by the biblical story of Nehemiah.

Mr. Chipangura emphasized the significance of acknowledging the power of Jesus Christ in the business approach.

He stated, “Our idea is to acknowledge the importance and power of Jesus Christ in our business approach because without the power of God, we wouldn’t have navigated the terrains for the past eleven years.”

“As we enter our 11th year, our strategic plan reflects a commitment to innovation, customer-centricity, and sustainable growth. Through targeted market expansion, operational efficiency enhancements, and a renewed focus on technological integration, we aim to not just adapt but lead in a dynamic business landscape,” added Mr. Chipangura.

“This plan underscores our dedication to delivering value, fostering partnerships, and ensuring the long-term success of our diverse portfolio, setting the stage for the next decade of impactful business evolution.”

When was RosGwen Group formed?

The ambitious entity came into existence in 2013 as HPG before rebranding in 2017 after merging with 9jaboizgist – a technology company in Nigeria.

RGG started with media platform RosGwen24 News (then HNA) in 2013.

A lot has changed with a number of the players embracing other endeavors prior to the launching of the RosGwen Digital media suite in 2017 which includes RosGwen24 News, 9jaboizgist, RosGwen24 TV and Zambia Today.

Reflecting on the past year, RosGwen Group celebrated its 10th anniversary with the theme “A Decade of Resilience: Let’s Build by Faith.”

The conglomerate, which oversees the digital media suite RosGwen Digital (RGD), has diversified interests in media, education, technology, commerce, agriculture, and energy services.

RGG outgoing CEO, Oladepo Babatunde Olaide, expressed excitement about the new season, stating, “It’s been a long journey, and we have come a long way, enduring the difficult times. We are excited about the new season and hope everyone can enjoy it.”

As RosGwen Group (Pty) Ltd enters its 11th year, stakeholders and followers can anticipate exciting developments and initiatives aligned with the visionary theme for 2024.
